Client Service Associate - We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support our Advisors in providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our staff, preparing documents for client meetings and setting up client access for new accounts. On a daily basis, you will also handle other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, emails, coordinating with Advisors, and updating our client database.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating & preparing for Advisor site visits, client service calls addressing the needs of our 401k plan sponsors and participant inquiries.
• Maintain existing client relationships through the processing of client requests, resolving client inquiries, and making sure key client information and documentation is up to date
• Onboard new client accounts, which includes the collection of required documentation and client information
• Perform administrative duties that support Financial Advisors in daily business practices, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, business travel arrangements, coordination of client meetings, prepare travel, and file & calendar maintenance
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, investment reports and client reviews.

Requirements:

• Detail oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
• Strong desire to learn, think & work independently, and have strong organizational skills
• The ability to rapidly acquire knowledge about procedures, regulations, and policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be working in Excel on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent time management and follow through
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is preferred. Licensed with series 7 or 65 will consider higher salary range.
