We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A to work for our client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly results in comparison to budgets, forecasts, and prior year
• Drive financial modeling improvements in planning and forecasting to improve process efficiencies
• Provide monthly corporate financial reporting, KPIs, and quarterly operating reviews that provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain an integrated long-term planning model capable of capturing key business drivers and supporting business insights
• Create, measure, and maintain metrics for the business to measure growth, profitability, expenses, efficiency, and productivity
• Participate in the company’s bottoms-up budgeting process, collaborating with division leaders to ensure accountability to the budget
• Support operational and strategic initiatives and business projects across various business units

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of FP&A experience
• Exceptional business judgment; capable of driving results with a focused, pragmatic approach
• Strong and proactive communication skills, with a strong service-orientated approach
• The ability to explain complex topics clearly both verbally and in writing
