Responsibilities
- Develop data analytics solutions using Power BI by accessing various data sources to create actionable and interactive data visualizations and models to empower our clients to be Decision Ready
- Analyze healthcare claims and datasets to identify issues/trends and develop alternatives to support business objectives
- Design methods to enhance and streamline existing data flow tasks
- Work with teammates to identify, evaluate, and implement creative yet practical solutions based on client needs
- Possess an in-depth understanding of underlying data, data structures, and business uses to ensure dashboards/reports meet client needs
- 2 years of Business intelligence experience in a corporate or healthcare setting required
- Ability to create and modify T-SQL queries
- Proficient with ETL processes using SSIS / Power Query or other relevant tools
- Implement DAX calculations for complex business logic
- Advanced MS Excel & Power BI knowledge
- Programming experience preferred
- Fluency in a scripting language preferred
- Creative solver of complex problems, with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and the ability to work independently to develop solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Passion for helping clients achieve success
- Team player with a demonstrated track record in project management
- Willingness and ability to travel for client projects and development opportunities
