Divaris Property Management is Hiring a Part-time Office Assistant Near Virginia, VA

We are seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant for our Virginia Beach office Team.

Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Maintain office and breakroom inventory

· Sort and distribute mail

· Rotate front desk/reception area coverage

· Coordinate UPS shipments

· Data entry

· Typing correspondence

· Special projects

Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 year administrative/front desk experience.

· Excellent customer service – enjoying greeting and assisting clients

· MS office Word and Excel

· A professional image and strong communication skills

· Must pass background and drug screening

Part-Time hours of 10:00am-4:15pm, Monday through Friday with a 30 minute lunch.

Benefits:

This position is eligible to participate in the company's 401k plan.
