Position : Food Preparation Worker

Responsibilities :

Food Handling and Preparation

• Follow recipes and portion controls to prepare ingredients for cooking.
• Cut, chop, and dice vegetables, fruits, and meats as required.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.

Kitchen Organization

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly sanitized.
• Stock and replenish kitchen supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring and reporting stock levels.

Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient meal preparation.
• Follow the guidance of chefs and senior kitchen personnel.

Adherence to Health and Safety Standards

• Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Handle food in compliance with health department regulations.

Quality Control

• Monitor the quality of ingredients and report any discrepancies.
• Assist in inspecting and ensuring the freshness of produce.

Requirements
