Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair Underground Construction equipment. Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of underground construction equipment
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating efficiently
- Collaborate with customers to determine their needs and provide technical solutions
- Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance procedures
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts inventory
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or a related field
- Strong technical skills in areas such as hydraulics, HVAC/R, low voltage, and mechanical knowledge
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
