We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Chief of Staff with a strong analytical mindset to play a key role in scaling our operations to meet the demand from our clients and the market. You'll work closely with our co-founders, tackling both strategic and operational challenges, enabling Distyl AI to transform the enterprise landscape through artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Initiatives:

  • Lead the creation and refinement of high-impact materials such as internal and external presentations, case-studies, enablement collateral, and business intelligence analyses.

  • Engage in comprehensive evaluations of the public markets and disclosures (e.g., 10-K filings) and identifying key initiatives that can inform the ways LLMs can create real impact at our prospective and current clients.

  • Lead consequential planning and organizational strategy projects for the company.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Oversee a range of operational functions including client delivery processes, new hire onboarding, and finance reconciliation ensuring seamless operational flow.

  • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline operations, ensuring a foundation of excellence upon which Distyl AI can grow.

• Executive Support:

  • Serve as a thought partner to the co-founders, offering insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Facilitate effective communication within the company, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field is required, and an MBA is a plus.

• Experience in student leadership roles, organizing people and initiatives.

• Prior experience in a strategic role within a fast-growing tech or AI company is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from complex data.

• Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages is a plus.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas succinctly.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
