Pool Company Service ManagerResponsibilities:
1. Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of pool technicians, ensuring they are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent service to customers.
2. Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate pool service appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
3. Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring high satisfaction levels with services provided.
4. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of pool maintenance and repair work, ensuring that industry standards are met or exceeded.
5. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of supplies, tools, and equipment necessary for pool maintenance and repair tasks.
6. Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and management of the department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability. Responsible for monthly and quarterly department reports.
7. Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex pool-related issues.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all pool service activities.
9. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and keep them updated on industry best practices and safety protocols.
10. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
11. Ability to send estimates, invoice current and new clients, as well as create service contracts.
