Tax Manager (PCS)
Hartford, CT
$130k - $140k
Almost everyone working wants some sort of growth in their career path. Wether that is on a managerial path or down more of an advisory, researching route. It's pretty safe to say that growth in one way or the other is important to you when looking at career prospects.
Sometimes, when you join a huge big4 firm, you can easily get lost in the crowd and progression is stagnant and not at the top of the firm's priority. As long as your getting those billable hours in.
Alternatively, in a small firm, there can often be lack of growth due to the limited opportunities. Either there aren't enough spaces, resources or even a need for you to progress.
So that's where a great mid sized firm comes into play.
You'll get the benefits, investment & training needed and client growth like those of a bigger firm, yet the work life balance, close knit culture and personal feel of a smaller firm.
Your joining a national firm who have offices all over the country, but each office has it's own personality. The office you'll be joining in Hartford CT has a collaborative and team spirit environment where people learn from eachother, help eachother and are there to support.
You'll be part of their Private Client Service group, with experience in reviewing and compilations. Client experience will be healthcare, medical, m&d, large restaurants and real estate.
