I have partnered with his 45 – 50-person firm in Warrenville to recruit within their Audit team across all levels

They are always on the lookout for bright and innovative public accounting talent & are laser-focused on retaining them.

Speaking with the Managing Partner the firm has seen lots of organic growth already and there’s lots of opportunity for this to continue, but not until they have the additional, experienced people like you in the team.

Their vision is to continue expanding the firm while preserving its people-first culture. What this looks like is sub 50 hours during busy season, creating opportunity through continuous growth and improvement, and maintaining a relaxed, family feel firm culture where you and your family are put first.

You will be working a hybrid/flexible schedule with a maximum of 3 days in the office or with clients a week.

To be suitable for this position you will ideally have your CPA or be working towards it and have experience working with Not for Profit and/or Manufacturing Construction audit clients within a small to medium sized CPA firm.
