The ideal candidate will have experience focused on corporate or securities law. Role Requirements:

· Track record of managing client relationships

· New York bar admission required

· Qualified candidates must have 4 – 7 years of legal experience within the AM200

· Excellent academic background required

· Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as to collaborate with others in a collegial environment.

· Candidates should possess leadership skills, be comfortable working directly with clients and work well with others.

The salary range for this position in New York is $295,000 to $400,000, based on experience.
