Joining this mid-size CPA firm there is a Partner spot that needs to be filled in the next few years, they’re on the lookout for the right person to join this year who can grow organically into the position. If you're looking for a change in environment but don't necessarily want to become a Partner, they still want to hear from you. There are numerous career paths that you can explore to achieve your professional goals.

As a manager at this firm you won’t be doing ridiculous hours during busy season and will likely max out at 55 hours a week with 40 hours a week over the summer months, you’ll also benefit from flexible working, a few days in the office and the rest from home with very minimal travel requirements.

Ideally, you’ll be al all-rounder with some experience in construction, government, real estate and Not-for-profit industries and have a good understanding of how to lead a team in engagements ensuring all deadlines are being met on time and the best quality of the work.
