What you will get to do:
- Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals and sales forecasting
- Recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs
- Coordinating and optimizing regional sales strategies
- Working with marketing to design promotional materials for the company's products
- Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals
- Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
- Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities
- Outlining and managing sales budgets
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 2 years of experience in a sales leadership position
