Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children. Your primary responsibility will be to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.

Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Assess student progress and provide individualized support as needed
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behavior and create a respectful learning environment
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan special events, field trips, and parent engagement activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
- Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies
- Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
