Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher's Aide to join our team. As a Teacher's Aide, you will provide support to the lead teacher in a classroom setting, assisting with various tasks to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This is a paid position.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities
- Provide one-on-one or small group instruction to students as directed by the lead teacher
- Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with the lead teacher to create and implement lesson plans
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Supervise students during recess, lunch, and other non-instructional times
- Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as required

Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of math concepts and ability to assist students with math activities
- Familiarity with toddler care and development is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards working with students of diverse abilities
- Experience in special education or working with students with special needs is desirable

Note: All positions at our organization are paid, including internships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
