Pay Rate: $14.00 an hour

Job Description:

Discovery Charter School, located in Porter, is a K-8 school serving 500 students from Northwest Indiana. Now in our 13th year, Discovery has established itself as one of the top-performing charter schools in the State of Indiana.

As an Instructional Aide you will:

Grade-level teachers working with students in the classroom.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be creative, enthusiastic, and have a passion for helping students reach their personal best
• Develop positive and productive relationships with students, colleagues, and families
• Have experience working with students

Job Qualifications:

• Hold a minimum of a 2-year college degree or provide documentation of passing ParaPro assessment
• Pass a background check
