DiscoverU Health is Hiring a Healthcare Account Executive Near Laurel, MD

Hiring NOW, Part-time in the field role

Must have previous sales experience and entrepreneurial spirit
Must be able to generate leads, work leads, and close accounts
Must live in Maryland, the District of Columbia, or Virginia

Healthcare Account Executive will be responsible for assisting in establishing DiscoverU Health as the leading healthcare provider of choice. Marketing (ensuring consistent brand and customer experience for all such as email and phone communication) and sales (acquiring new clients and referral sources through cold calling and warm referrals). Additionally, responsible for scheduling (supporting client and clinicalfield staff, managing phone calls, and responding to client inquiries as well as addressing client needs. Potential to make over 50-100k 
Business Account Executive:
  • Must exhibit a positive attitude and desire to serve with excellence.
  • Always exhibit a high level of professionalism and customer service to potential and current clients, clinical teams, and business partners.
  • Operate with a sense of urgency and follow up immediately with all contacts 
  • Must possess human relations, customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills. 
  • Willingness to work under time pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills are necessary. 
  • Must be a team player willing to share information and work cooperatively with other members of the management team and caregiving staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Conducts sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers, including the development of client-centric product solutions.
  • Effectively communicates the value proposition of increasing access to important of healthcare access for all B2B marketing and sales.
  • Understands the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers, and designs solutions to meet those unique business needs.
  • Responsible for achieving a monthly unit quota in data, phone, and video sales.
  • Designs, develops, and delivers sales proposals and presentations on product benefits.
  • Self-generates leads by contacting prospective clients by telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Qualifies new leads and requests site surveys to determine the serviceability of prospects, including submission of ROI analysis to sales management.
  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
  • Works in conjunction with other business services support groups, including sales support and marketing personnel.
  • Attends all sales meetings and training sessions as required by management.
Marketing and Branding:
  • Consistently demonstrate excellent customer service in and out of the office space 
  • Actively seek local branding/advertising opportunities such as health fairs, networking events, panel discussions
  • Build new partnerships and closing by cold calling and following up on services, events...etc. 
Onboarding and Scheduling:
  •  Leading onboarding and scheduling of new partners, clients and members.
  •  Providing coordinated care to new clients and monitoring new client appointments are established. 
  • Ensure quality care is provided by all clinical and administrative staff timely to ensure client satisfaction and quality care. 
  • Listening to needs of business clients’ complaints through documentation (incident reporting)
Qualifications:
  •  Fiver years of previous sales and customer experience 
  •  Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Management or a related field
  •  Familiarity with healthcare, public health, and scientific terminology.
  •  Demonstrated understanding of clinical informatics systems or clinical data.
  •  Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry, clinical roles, and government or private healthcare organizations.
  •  Sustained excellence in academic performance.
