• Opening & closing our store.
• Balancing Safe, Registers, and Credit Card Terminals
• Keeping a team of 3-8 on task and performing to hit our daily goals.
• Being able to lift 30lb
• Keeping a calm and positive vibe under pressure.
• Having sometimes difficult but beneficial conversations with team members to coach them to greatness!
