Our busy chiropractic clinic is looking for a highly-motivated, responsible & reliable team member to join our existing team. SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Prepare treatment rooms for patients
• Control the flow of the office by directing patients to the appropriate areas of the clinic
• Work with patient scheduling, financial agreements, insurance inquiries and miscellaneous clinic administrative duties
• Communicate well with doctors, technicians, and back office staff to provide pertinent patient information
• Create and maintain electronic and paper files
• Take inventory and ensure office supplies are ordered and appropriately stocked
• Follow documented procedures and update documented procedures as needed
• Attend occasional seminars and marketing events throughout the year as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in a patient-oriented healthcare environment is PREFERRED.
• Prior experience working in a Chiropractic Practice is HIGHLY preferred, but not required
• Must have be very detail-oriented
• Must be computer savvy
• Excellent verbal communication skills

HOURS:

• Part-Time
• Hours will be Monday, Wednesday & Thursday afternoon (1:00 - 6:00), somedays you may be done earlier or later
