Senior Account Executive
Description
Enser Corporation is seeking a highly motivated individual to grow with a very well respected and expanding 77 year old engineering, fabrication and staffing services company. The position entails working with decision-makers to evaluate their engineering and recruiting needs and to qualify the requirements to accomplish customers goals. Position is responsible for proactively prospecting, marketing and growing the territory.
The ideal candidate will possess 10 or more years of mechanical engineering sales experience. The sales approach should be collaborative. He/she will have a strategic sales process mindset and be oriented towards sales enablement and efficiency. He/she will have excellent analytical skills, be able to gather and digest applicable data, and develop deep understandings of both the financial and operational levers. He/she will have communication and presentation skills that can be adapted to fit the needs from the c-suite to the shop floor.
Primary focus: maintain and continue to develop relationships with existing customer base. 
Secondary focus: targeted new customers to analyze their needs and recommend the benefit of our services.
We’re looking for someone who has a high energy level, dynamic and self-motivated, can multi-task, fits our Core Values, likes challenges and the opportunity to advance based on demonstrated abilities. You will be utilizing our Microsoft CRM system to manage existing customers relationships as well as prospecting new ones.
The synergies between our 3 divisions of engineering, fabrication and staffing provides our sales team with incredible sales and income generating opportunities. The sales team is backed by an experienced and cross functional team of managers and engineers at Enser.
Position available in our Charlotte, NC facility.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsibility and accountability for sales volumes in the territory, to include quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in the territory.
  • Forecast sales for the assigned territory.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing volume, potential sales, etc. in the territory and participate in a weekly sales call.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings, seminars, conferences and trade shows, and assist with other marketing efforts as needed.
  • Maintain and use CRM database and systems.
  • Provide customers with post-sale support to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and ensure that any customer concerns are channeled through the appropriate department for optimal and timely resolution by acting as a liaison between the customer and various internal departments.
  • Prepare specifications, proposals and quotations for the customers review.
  • Keep abreast of competitive and customer activity along with customer needs and communicate information to the appropriate individuals within the company.
Requirements
  • BS or AS Mechanical Degree or Industry Experience
  • 10 years of recent outside sales experience
  • Previous knowledge of manufacturing or mechanical engineering sales or related activities.
  • Sales experience with manufacturing processes, custom machinery, tooling and fixtures a plus.
  • Nurturing, organizational & administrative skills and a strong work ethic
  • Solid working knowledge of PCs and peripheral products
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing processes. 
  • Familiarity with selling in the professional services realm.
