Skills Needed: super outgoing, wants to grow and be a part of a bar that is growing. (we're opening another bar as well). It is challenging long hours and dealing with customers but it is a fun environment.

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of bartenders and servers. If you have a passion for the food and hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and servers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the bar
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations between the bar and kitchen
- Organize and oversee special events or promotions

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the food industry, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Experience in cash handling and managing financial transactions
- Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Proven ability to supervise a team effectively
- Knowledge of kitchen operations is beneficial for coordinating with kitchen staff
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to conduct interviews and hire qualified staff
