Operator, Utility & Pipeline

DirtWorks Drainage is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join its growing team.

Position Requirements:

Strong ability to operate all utilized equipment with extreme efficiency on varying grades and terrain.
Must be able to understand and set required grades and install various installations per engineered blueprints matting, etc.
Must be able to communicate with foremen and construction team; as well as receive constructive feedback from the job Foreman.
Excellent skills needed to track time, material, and progress; as well as report damages and/or maintenance needs.
Must be willing to travel within a multi-state area.
Must be able to pass a drug test (all candidates will be pre-employment tested).
Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable.
Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
Must be experienced in heavy equipment operation (excavator, backhoe, bulldozer, tracked carriers, etc.).

Ideal candidates will also possess:

Consistently shows exemplary operating skills.
Excellent ability to keep work area and equipment clean by disposing of scrap, refuse, and excess material.

DirtWorks Drainage currently utilizes the following pieces of equipment and attachments to complete its project workloads:

Track skid steers: Buckets,4’forks,6’forks, Brush hog, Trencher, Broom, Jackhammer, Spreader, Rockhound, Harley rake, and Disc attachment.
Excavators: Jackhammer, Tamper, Ditch bucket, and Tooth bucket.
Wheel Loader: Forks, Buckets, and Plow box.
Dozers (D5-D8): Wench and Plows.
Rollers: Street sweepers, Marooka, Telehandler, Straw Blowers, Tractors.
