DirtWorks Drainage is Hiring a General Tradesman / Craftsman (FT) Near Louisville, OH
The General Tradesman/Craftsmen performs various aspects of construction trade work on commercial & residential properties needed to complete handyman type projects, including, but not limited to Electrical, Plumbing, Flooring, Roofing, Metal Work, Framing, Doors, Appliance Repair. This position is primarily focused on the handyman projects, while understanding and striving to meet the company’s strategic goals, mission, values, and beliefs. The General Tradesman/Craftsmen will work under the general supervision of the COO of TerraWorks, LLC and work cooperatively with the Operations and Project Management Teams.
DUTIES, TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
General Tradesman/Craftsmen Initiatives:
- Complete repairs, remodeling, and improvement projects within scope of work and budget.
- Transporting required equipment and materials to job sites.
- Ensure the efficient use of materials.
- Maintain adequate stock of necessary materials.
- Identify, document and report maintenance and repair work.
- Suggest additional repairs when identified and needed.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly services, clean, and in good working order.
- Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:
- Minimum (5) years in a construction trade.
- Knowledge of general construction practices and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable to drive company vehicles.
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests.
- Must pass background check.
