Field Operations Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Operations Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless coordination and execution of on-site construction projects. You will work closely with our project managers, construction teams, and clients to guarantee that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Collaborate with project managers to plan, schedule, and execute modular construction projects.
• Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage and allocate labor, equipment, and materials efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Identify and resolve operational issues that may arise during construction, keeping projects on track.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress updates, and any change orders.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project status.
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed on the construction site, prioritizing the well-being of all team members.
• Monitor project costs and work towards meeting budgetary goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field operations, construction, or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Familiarity with modular construction techniques is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project conditions.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
