DVS is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join our team at Fort Sill in Oklahoma. This role requires an Active Secret clearance and will be onsite.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and managing the local Information Technology Department.
• Responsible for the day-to-day server administration.
• Ensures compliance to network administration including security and patch management including Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Ensures monitoring and proactive response to alerts encountered by users and automated monitoring systems.

• Plans and implements upgrades, patches, and installation of new applications and equipment.
• Monitors overall network health and troubleshoots reported events.
• Creates and maintains a disaster recovery, security and backup and restore plan and policy.
• May lead the evaluation of new technologies and perform analysis/feasibility studies to guide decisions on the best way to optimize network efficiency and performance.
• Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge.
• Works autonomously.
• Provides a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization

Required Skills:

• 5 Years of Experience
• Must meet DoDD 8140.01 "Cyber Workforce Management" Advanced cyberspace workforce Foundational Qualification Requirements
• Degree: Computer Science, or other Engineering or Technical discipline with an Information Security or Cyber Security Concentration.
