Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Reports to: VP, Center of Excellence
Location: Hope Mills, NC (Corporate Office) / Hybrid Remote (Possible)
Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Program Manager is responsible for establishing a centralized procurement and supply chain department for the purpose of sourcing suppliers, purchasing goods, and driving cost-savings, ensuring the company operational needs are met. This role will establish the procurement framework that ensures inclusion of key stakeholders at the correct time throughout the process to ensure requests flow smoothly. This role will develop the purchasing strategy of the company considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure continuity of supply. Additionally, this role will work closely with the estimating team and project management team to ensure the timely placement of orders to meet project timelines.
The Supply Chain Program Manager will help establish company procurement policies and procedures to drive consistency across projects and the organization. Another core function of this role is identifying strategic opportunities to streamline the procurement process, increase efficiencies, and ensure the company is receiving the best price, term, and quality product in a timely manner.
