I need a committed home care provider with CNA experience for myself in my 40s. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Will share three bedroom house with care recipient . All room and board is included amenities include private entrance, and full bath. Shared amenities High-speed Internet and premium TV. Part-time staff provide weekend support
Basic Schedule:
Mon 6:30am-8:30am, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-10:30pm
Tue 6:30am-8:30am, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-10:30pm
Wed 6:30am-8:30am, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-10:30pm
Thu 6:30am-8:30am, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-10:30pm
Fri 6:30am-8:30am, 1:30pm-3:30pm, 6:30pm-10:30pm
Specific times may vary but never to exceed 40 hours per employee per week. Live-in or extreme close proximity is required because of split shifts. Overtime can be approved in limited circumstances based on medical necessity and funding availability.
Employment contingent on successful completion of lifetime national criminal background check to include drivers license status verification.
Successful candidates must be willing to have taxes withheld according to applicable federal, state and local regulations
