Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with diverse needs and abilities to lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Implement individualized care plans and support goals
- Engage individuals in social and recreational activities
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Document individual progress and any incidents

Qualifications:

- Experience working with people with disabilities, autism, or in assisted living settings
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with childcare or nursing home environments is a plus
