Direct Sales LLC is Hiring an Area Sales Rep Near Everett, WA

Direct Sales LLC is seeking a driven person to become our new full-time Area Sales Rep. In this role, you manage our client base throughout Washington and the Idaho Panhandle, strengthening existing relationships while actively searching for and building new ones.

In lieu of traditional benefits, we offer a highly competitive performance-based commission with a draw. Our reps earn $130,000/year on average, with top-earners making $230,000/year.

While this position is mostly remote, you will need to travel throughout your region to meet with clients. We'd prefer a candidate who lives in the Puget Sound area. If you're motivated by financial success and enjoy being in control of your earnings, this is the perfect opportunity for you!


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with field sales and remotely overseeing a large area
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout your territory
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage client databases
  • Ability to work independently and with a team

A successful track record in commercial contractor sales or similar experience would be preferred. Our ideal candidate has 5 years of sales experience, preferably with wholesale construction equipment. YOUR IMPACT

Our Area Sales Rep is responsible for identifying potential revenue sources, strengthening existing relationships, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. You speak with potential clients, current customers, and wholesale equipment distributors to promote our services and encourage sales. Communicating over the phone and in person, you identify each client's individual needs and demonstrate why we're the best solution for them. After closing a sale, you collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth and seamless transactions.
