We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated, honest Manager to oversee our Dippin' Dot's Kiosk at Woodland Hills mall. Will be responsible for the performance of the store and employees. Must be able to think on their feet and handle issues as they come. Store manager will work closely with owners to ensure the kiosk is ran to owners expectations. This position offers flexibility. Store manager can set their schedule, but must be able to fill the schedule appropriately. All schedules will get final approval from owners. Manager will be expected to pick up shifts when an employee calls in. Due to the nature of working with children, we do require a background check.

This position offers hourly pay, PLUS TIPS, and bonuses. We have been in business since 2008 and have a good reputation. Our sales associates make between $15-$30/hour. On average make $22.00/hour. Positive personalities make much more!

Key Responsibilities:

-Must have food handlers permit.

-Identify, interview, and hire great employees.

-Work with current employees to ensure they are following company policies.

-Delegate tasks to employees and provide follow-up/feedback.

-Hold employees accountable for their performance.

-Ensure product quality and store cleanliness is upheld.

-Create employee schedules and ensure that shifts are covered. At times will need to fill in for employees that call in.

-Qualifications

-Ability to manage a clean, customer focused store.

-Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with owners, customers and employees.

-Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

-Ability to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per day.

-Ability to work with money, Serve Dippin' Dots.

-Ability to keep good inventory practices and update owners on inventory levels.
