We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a well-organized and clean store environment.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits.
• Sell products by providing in-depth product knowledge and recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Skills:

• Experience in retail sales, electronics sales, jewelry sales, or technical sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish or bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for customer interactions.
• Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations to drive sales.
