You will be responsible for assessing team performance, and providing coaching and feedback, while participating in the workers’ compensation case management process. Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee all case managers in the Workers’ Compensation department
Oversee the workers’ compensation case management process and improve efficiency
Collaborate with Management and Workers’ Compensation Lead Attorney on any updates and changes to the current processes
Manage and maintain typical case managers’ caseload
Assist case managers with cases as needed
Knowledge & Skills:
