Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth stems from the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life-altering event of a personal injury.Job Overview:The Workers’ Compensation Team Lead will manage the existing Case Managers and grow our team. You will be responsible for assessing team performance, and providing coaching and feedback, while participating in the workers’ compensation case management process. Duties & Responsibilities:  
  • Oversee all case managers in the Workers’ Compensation department
  • Oversee the workers’ compensation case management process and improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with Management and Workers’ Compensation Lead Attorney on any updates and changes to the current processes
  • Manage and maintain typical case managers’ caseload
  • Assist case managers with cases as needed

  • Are comfortable with change, uncertainty, and ambiguity
  • Strong problem-solving skills
