TITLE: Part-Time Office Clerk (15 hours a week)

REPORTS TO: Office Manager

SALARY: Pay commensurate with experience

POSITION/TYPE: Non-Exempt

REQUIRMENTS: High School Diploma or GED; Punctual with strong attendance history

Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth stems from the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life-altering event of a personal injury.

Job Overview:

DiPasquale Moore is seeking a motivated and positive professional to join our team. As a part-time Office Clerk, you will review and distribute incoming mail with urgency and accuracy and perform a variety of clerical duties to ensure the office continues running smoothly. This position requires a person with an eye for detail, self-motivation and an individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collecting, filing and organizing confidential office documents
  • Calling client for basic initial case information
  • Provide customer service to clients daily
  • Operate office equipment – photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems and computers
  • Reviews and analyzes documents received in the mail and scans and distributes to the appropriate team members while using our case management software
  • Performs a variety of routine clerical activities and other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and using web-based applications
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgement and maintain the confidentiality of all files and documents
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Multi-tasking – juggling multiple responsibilities at once with the ability to jump back and forth and effectively complete these tasks one right after the other
