Yes we run two companies from the same building: Dion City Landscapes (DCL) and The Carpentry Shop Co. (TCSC).
DCL typically works in NYC doing rooftops and backyard renovations. We typically only do carpentry based jobs (fences, deck, pergolas, benches, outdoor kitchens, planters, etc.). We specialize in live edge furniture, but have a wide range of work. We build dining tables, bookshelves, coffee tables, lighting fixtures, etc. Our shop is also our showroom and design center.
Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Interact with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionals

Qualifications :

• Experience as a Carpenter
• Strong understanding of measurements
• Ability to safely operate hand and power carpentry tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Osha Certified 10hr and 30hr
• Must haver drivers license and have experience driving box truck.

• Paver installation on pedestals

  • Porcelain, concrete, and ipe tiles
