(Trainer/Compliance Officer)

Developing and provide employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems for the Chancellor Office at the Camden Diocese Office of Child & Youth Protection (OCYP). Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations. Tracking and responding to complaints. Maintaining records of compliance activities.

The individual will conduct frequent onsite audits to ensure that the organization remains compliant with all regulations and policies as required based on the policies and procedures outlined by the Chancellor Office at the Camden Diocese Office of Child & Youth Protection (OCYP). They will also be responsible to frequent training sessions throughout the Camden Diocese.

Responsibilities:

Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
Manages information flow by researching, recording and analyzing data and information.

Must have problem solving skills, work in collaboration with the Schools, Parishes and other Departments in the Diocese of Camden.
Consult with the legal and advising leadership and management on compliance matters or concerns.
Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems
Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations to the Committee.

Be detail oriented, have technical, compliance experience and above average organizational skills.
Evaluating compliance activities, and acting as a liaison between the Parishes, Schools and other entities that fall under the Diocese of Camden.
Track and respond to complaints
Maintain Audit records of compliance activities
Communicate with Leadership of violations and concerns
Prepare and file compliance reports
