Primary Responsibility :
The Receptionist is responsible for attending to visitors and dealing with inquiries on the phone and face to face from the public.
In addition, supplies information to the general public, parishioners and vendors. Maintains the Priest schedule and the Facilities Calendar.
Attends to Sacramental inquiries and Mass celebrations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently maintaining a cheerful, positive, professional attitude on the phone and in person.
Must be a quick learner that is able to follow directions accurately while multi-tasking and still be able to produce an excellent work product with a smile.
Must be a self-starter who is organized and detailed oriented. Must be a team player with a "can do" attitude.
Must have reliable transportation and be committed to being at work Tuesday-Friday 1PM to 6PM.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
As an integral part of your ministry for the Church as carried out in this position, support and uphold the faith and morals of Catholic ministry and the mission of St.
Joseph Catholic Church in both your professional and personal life.
