Duties include: specifying learning objectives; implementing the Diocesan curriculum using a variety of research-based teaching strategies; and evaluating student progress. The ideal candidate has: a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, experience teaching, strong classroom management techniques, and effective communication skills. Candidates should be passionate about education and have a love for the students. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and Virginia state licensure or the ability to obtain VCEA certification. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
