Inspired by the international hotspot of St. Tropez, La Serre, a Coastal French restaurant & supper club, invites guests to enter off Green Street into a lush and colorful greenhouse—the name La Serre translates to “The Greenhouse,” after all—where they’ll find troughs of flowers and simple yet flavorful cuisine reminiscent of the Mediterranean French Riviera.
Located on the ground floor at the corner of Green & Fulton, its own separate entrance on Fulton Market Street, La Rue (“The Street”) is an edgy urban escape that evokes a gritty Parisian cocktail bar and bistro just a few steps from the street.The menu will be comprised of French plays on traditional bar fare and other everyday Parisian classics, like Fondue and Steak Frites, that will pair perfectly with the curated cocktail menu.
La Serre La Rue is seeking a FOH Manager who will be responsible for day-to-day operations of all (FOH) front of house and (BOH) back of house team members at one of our venues. In addition, the FOH Manager will assist the General Manager in driving sales, managing costs, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant, creative ideas to drive sales and repeat business, and the capability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
