DineAmic Hospitality is seeking a Graphic Designer with at least 2-3 years of experience in digital and print design. The Graphic Designer will help elevate and strengthen our corporate and venue brand messages through all visual communications. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of design principles, especially typography and branding, across both digital and print formats, with a strong passion and understanding for the restaurant & hospitality industry. Candidates should be professional, creative, confident, hardworking and understand the facets of both traditional and digital design. The Graphic Designer will provide support for the Marketing and Social Media team members, will report to the Vice President of Marketing, and will also work closely with Ownership.

General Functions Responsibilities

• Assist in concepting branding for new venues and further developing existing brand voices throughmarketing efforts
• Work alongside Chefs and Venue Management on menu development and design needs
• Daily design projects will include, but not limited to: email marketing campaigns, menus, packaging, point of sale materials, user experience and website design on BentoBox, social media content, signage, branded uniforms & promotional materials, catering brochures, flyers, business cards and more
• Prepare press-ready files and develop various formats of production-ready artwork
• Work and develop relationships with vendors for printing and packaging needs
• Participate in giving and receiving creative feedback within the marketing team

• Innovative, passionate, forward-thinking and highly creative with a great eye for detail and understanding for general marketing
• Highly motivated, self-directed and able to work independently or among teams
• Handle multiple projects at once, adhere to quick deadlines, and work with multiple mediums
• Superior verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills
• Can manage ever changing schedules and projects while still delivering contributions when asked
• Ability to take ideas from concept to execution
• Possess a high level of critical thinking while remaining open to constructive and developmental feedback from various departments
• User experience-oriented; able to create function-first designs

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Design and Visual Communication, Communications Design or FineArts
• At least 2-3 years of professional design experience ideally at an agency or consumer brand
• Strong understanding of guest mindset, consumer empathy, and dedication to a great guest experiences
• Professional proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Experience creating motion graphics preferred (Adobe After Effects or Animate)
• Digital illustration skills are a plus
• Strong photo editing/photoshopping skills
• Front-end web development skills, coding knowledge (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Experience working in Bento Box or Squarespace preferred
• Comfortable using project management tool such as Asana
• Experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry preferred
