The DOFI is responsible for being an ambassador of the studio and should embody the culture of the studio so that each student and family that enter the studio will feel a part of the dance family. The person should communicate effectively, understand and portray the important messaging that the studio owner wants everyone to know.

Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service background with proven experience in handling customer inquiries and issues
- Previous administrative experience, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable with using multi-line phone systems
- Prior experience in front desk operations and office management
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and experience in clerical tasks such as filing and proofreading
- Ability to coordinate projects and events effectively
- Previous experience in a medical office setting would be an advantage
- Transcription skills and experience in customer support are desirable traits for this role
