As a Senior Representative for Pre-Operative Plans, you will develop detailed surgical plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacements. Your role is crucial in ensuring accurate and efficient surgical outcomes by adhering to medical protocols and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: Create and manage cases using a proprietary system.
• CT Scan Review: Check conformity of CT scans to protocol standards.
• 3D Modeling: Segment CT scans and create 3D Anatomical Bone Models with specialized software.
• Surgical Planning: Generate surgical plans ensuring precise anatomical accuracy and implant positioning.
• Quality Control: Review all segmentations and plans for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaboration and Communication: Upload plans to field personnel and ensure effective communication.
• Documentation: Maintain all activity logs as per prescribed methods and procedures.
• Standardized Execution: Follow instructions to ensure consistent output.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years' relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Salesforce, Materialize MIMICS, or Adobe Photoshop beneficial.
• Knowledge: Background in Radiology or Nursing, completion of anatomy course preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Language Skills: English proficiency.
• Visual Requirements: Ability to distinguish colors on a screen and 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
