Summary: The Vault Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the Branch and Private Banking teams with Consumer, Commercial and Private Banking needs. The Vault Services Specialist also acts as one of the primary contacts for assisting branch staff and Private Banking teams with operations questions and issues. The role also ensures consistent bank wide adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations through a combination of procedure authoring/revising and monitoring.

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,000 to $55,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Daily Reconciliation of Multiple Cash Vaults.
• Assist with Monitoring Multiple Email Requests from Clients, Branch and Private Banking Network.
• Assist with processing and reviewing Daily Commercial Cash Orders.
• Track and place weekly Coin & Currency orders with Federal Reserve Bank of NY and Philadelphia.
• Research and resolve Cash Vault issues (missing or delayed cash orders, incorrect transaction tickets, etc.)
• Branch and Private Banking support with Service Desk requests.
• Monitor Branch Service Desk ticketing system and assist branches and Private Banking with product knowledge.
• Write and modify procedures to provide instructions and create efficiencies.
• Act as a resource for Branch and Private Banking network in resolving operational problems. Identify patterns in recurring problems and recommend procedural revisions and/or training issues.
• Act as primary to perform File Maintenance review for the Branch Operations staff.
• Provide support to Escrow Services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred or a combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years’ banking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of all IRA rules and regulations.
• Experience and knowledge of banking regulations.

• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
