We are looking for a full time Kendra Scott specialist!

Here at Dillard's, we are always eager to find people who are willing and able to provide our clients with a shopping experience that exceeds their expectations.

Expectations:

-Full time, must have open availability and be able to work 3/4 weekends a month

-Create the “Kendra Scott“ experience in our store

-Ensure our accessories department team is constantly pushing the Kendra Scott brand and providing excellent customer service

-Follow the Kendra merchandising directives and keep presentation up to standard

-Plan and execute at least 4 Kendra Scott events per year

-Have the highest Kendra Scott sales and best customer service. Specialist is expected to generate at least 20% of personal sales in Kendra Scott, and should have at least 50% of total Kendra sales in the store.

-Responsible for training and re-training associates

-Must build your clientele using “C@D”, clientele at Dillards, to develop and contact guests

Monthly Wardrobe Allowance:

-The Kendra Scott specialist receives Kendra Scott jewelry to wear and promote the brand!

(The wardrobe allowance is up to 2 pieces of Kendra per month, and must not exceed $200 total retail, starting with your first FULL Dillards’s month in the position. Some restrictions apply. You will be taxed on these items.)
