Sales Associate

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales. Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Utilize phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or requests
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/handle multiple customers
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register

- Commission sales experience is an advantage
