Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Sell products by assisting customers in making purchasing decisions - Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Provide product knowledge and information to customers - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Operate cash register and process transactions accurately - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to complete sales transactions - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Assist with inventory management and replenishment Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Knowledge of retail math and basic cash handling skills - Familiarity with technology sales is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
