Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our beauty cosmetics
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their individual needs
- Perform makeup application services to enhance customers' beauty experience
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service skills
- Meet or exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling when appropriate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
Skills:
- Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations
- Knowledge of makeup application techniques and trends
- Cosmetology background or certification is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer preferences
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Millennium or similar salon software is a bonus
