I am looking for someone who is passionate about the Bobbi Brown Brand and is a talented makeup artist. Someone who has initiative to grow a Brand with an Entrepreneurial mind set by meeting and exceed Personal and Counter Sales Goals. Candidates need strong communication skills. We require candidates to already be comfortable applying makeup and skin care treatments to customers. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about the products and recommend solutions through a teaching process to the client. Candidates are required to build a rapport with their clientele and form an experienced and knowledgeable connection that ensures the customer will continue to return. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied. Must be business minded, artistic, and personable.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Build Clientele Daily
• Self motivation to learn about new and upcoming products
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Ensure products are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Management
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
• Understanding of the retail sales process
• Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
• Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
• Beauty back ground
• Passion for Makeup and Treatment
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• High school degree
• BS in Marketing or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
