As a Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, maintain high standards of service, and contribute to the growth and success of Esco Restaurant & Tapas.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Guest Experience: Ensure an unparalleled dining experience for our guests by maintaining high food and service quality standards.
• Financial Management: Manage budget, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and increase restaurant visibility.
• Compliance: Ensure that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations, and all licensing requirements.
• Quality Control: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise and develop effective solutions.
• Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Guest Relations: Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Profitability: Strive to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
