Company Description
DigitalRD Software, created by CWC Consulting Services, is a patent pending application that interfaces with current EMR systems to provide a comprehensive nutritional assessment for skilled nursing home residents. The software includes special features that guide RDs, Diet Techs, and Dietary Managers in forecasting potential health issues such as weight loss, weight gain, pressure ulcers, and nutritional deficiencies. By taking a proactive approach to prevent malnutrition, the software results in lower costs and better outcomes for residents.
Role Description
This is an on-site consulting contract role for a Registered Dietitian with CWC Consulting Services/DigitalRD Software. The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for conducting nutritional assessments, wound reviews, weight change reviews, tube feeding reviews, dialysis reviews, and monthly audits. This role is located in Hopkinsville, KY but CWC Consulting Services may have other roles available as well.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Current RD license in the state of KY
- In good standing as a Registered Dietitian with the CDR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and on-site
- Experience in the long-term care industry is a plus but not required
- Ability to drive to facilities that aren't local
