DigitalBridge Group is seeking a highly motivated team-oriented Senior Advisor in our Talent Management department. The individual will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing talent management strategies that align with Digitalbridge’s goals. This individual will be responsible for supporting talent development programs, succession planning, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure we retain the talent. 

The position is located in Boca Raton, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive talent management strategies to support the organization’s objectives and workforce needs.
  • Support the development and the implementation of a Talent value proposition, employer promise and employee engagement strategy to attract and retain talent.
  • Support the execution of an integrated performance management approach, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Support the execution of the succession planning and talent review processes to ensure leadership continuity and talent pipeline development.
  • Support eh development and the execution of a job architecture to clarify the different roles, responsibilities and competences and the alternative career opportunities to nurture our internal marketplace.
  • Support the development and execution of leadership competencies and development programs, training, and career pathing initiatives to build leadership capabilities and pipeline.
  • Support the development and implementation of functional competencies and talent development offering to nurture the skills and knowledge required by the business and help employees reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
  • Implement and monitor employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Analyze talent management metrics and provide insights for decision-making and strategy adjustment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to continually enhance our programs.
  • Develop and monitor key Talent metrics to inform decisions, provide insights to management and evolve our programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or a related HR function.
  • Himan Resources consulting experience, an asset 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies.
  • Understanding of HR practices and highly experienced in presentation.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
